Shipping policy

At OQDA, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

  • Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Egypt: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier schedules, weather, or high order volume during sales and new drops.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Shortly after, our team will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm your order details and delivery address.

  • If we don't hear back from you on WhatsApp within 24 hours, we'll follow up with a phone call.
  • If we're unable to reach you by either WhatsApp or phone, your order will be cancelled.

We recommend keeping an eye on your WhatsApp and phone during this period so your order isn't delayed or cancelled unnecessarily.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

سياسة الشحن

في OQDA، بنحرص إن الأوردر يوصلك في أسرع وقت ممكن.

مواعيد التوصيل

  • القاهرة، الجيزة، والإسكندرية: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل
  • باقي محافظات مصر: من 3 إلى 8 أيام عمل

المواعيد دي تقديرية وممكن تختلف شوية حسب شركة الشحن أو الطقس أو زحمة الأوردرات وقت العروض والدروبات الجديدة.

تأكيد الأوردر
بعد ما تعمل الأوردر، هيوصلك إيميل تأكيد. وبعده بشوية، فريقنا هيبعتلك رسالة واتساب لتأكيد تفاصيل الأوردر وعنوان التوصيل.

  • لو مردّيت على الواتساب في خلال 24 ساعة، هنكلمك على التليفون.
  • لو مقدرنا نوصلك مش على الواتساب ولا على التليفون، هيتم إلغاء الأوردر.

يُفضّل إنك تتابع الواتساب والتليفون بتاعك في الفترة دي عشان الأوردر ما يتأخرش أو يتلغيش من غير قصد.

تكلفة الشحن
مصاريف الشحن بتتحسب تلقائي عند الدفع حسب منطقة التوصيل بتاعتك.

تتبع الأوردر
بعد ما الأوردر يشحن، هيوصلك رقم تتبع عشان تقدر تتابع الشحنة خطوة بخطوة.
