14-Day Refund Policy

We want you to love your Oqda gear. If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. 
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How it works:

1. Email us at [your email] with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect). 
• Sale items and accessories are non-refundable.
